Can a Mexican married to a Romanian citizen immigrate to Spain

Can a Mexican married to a Romanian citizen immigrate to Spain?
I know that as a Romanian I can live and work in Spain, but could my husband work and live in Spain also, for the fact that he married a European citizen? What papers does that involve?

As an EU Citizen you would need to apply for a residency permit once you have been here 90 Days, and could apply for him as a 'Family Member of an EU Citizen' ( Read these 2 articles ... EU - http://www.tumbit.com/how-to-guides/articles/2-applying-for-residential-status-residencia.html , Non-EU - http://www.tumbit.com/how-to-guides/articles/135-applying-for-residential-status-residencia-non-eu-citizens.html ) Oddly, it is much easier for you to get Residencia than him on his own, however, if you should ever wish to apply for Spanish Citizenship (in some circumstances) it will be easier for HIM to apply, and then you to join him as a family member - in certain cases Mexicans only need to have been resident in Spain for 2 years before they can apply.
