How to obtain Work Authorization Application in Spain?
I am trying to get a "Solicitud de Permiso de residencia y de trabajo por cuenta propia" application. This has to be issued by the Ministry and Labor and Social Affairs in Spain. I have tried looking everywhere for this, even their website but its so hard to find! Anyone, know where I can contact them for an application?

can i work in Spain
can i work in Spain?!?
i've got a job offered in Spain from a good friend of mine (he is a Spanish and he owns the Bar.) , what do i need to do to work in Spain with my friend? i am from Malaysia. i tried to look for all these details in internet but i could not find any , maybe i am just stupid , please explain to me or give me a link which i can know more about it. what about if i study in Spain? would it be easier to work in Spain?

Your friend cannot offer you a job before offering it to EU citizen first. Besides a job in a bar is not considered open on the market for foreigners.( no you are not stupid. ) If you can afford to study ? You will need to prove financial to the Embassy of Spain but you must find a school or university that will accept you and then proceed.

You need a work permit. Your friend may be able to sponsor you for that, but I doubt it. He would have to prove that your abilities can't be fulfilled by someone who is already there and looking for work, which 20% of the population is doing these days. But check with the nearest Spanish Embassy/consulate for more information on that work visa/permit.

You friend can offer a job to anyone he finds suitable, even if you're not an EU citizen. The moment you got a job offer, you can apply for the residence permit. But most likely your friend is not thinking of hiring you legally. In any case it's your friend who should be in charge of all the legal stuff, not you. To study in Spain you need to prove you'll be actually studying and that you have the money to live here while you study, so you'll be granted with a residence permit but not a work permit. Check with the Spanish consulate/embassy in your country for general info.
