Move there and get a job.
2 :
Search the Internet for an internship in companies relevant to your studies, apply at least to 20 of them, at the same time move to BCL and find a part time job for your living expenses until they ask you from IBM

Will the Casio NP-60 lithium-ion battery charger work in Spain with just a plug converter? (US-SPAIN)

Will the Casio NP-60 lithium-ion battery charger work in Spain with just a plug converter? (US-SPAIN)?
I just bought a new Casio camera, and it came with the NP-60 lithium-ion battery and charger. On the back, it says AC100-240V, yet I am not sure if I can just use a plug converter and let it charge, or if that would damage battery and charger alike. Ideas? Thanks!

It will work. Some network operator in Spain has their service at 900/1800 mhz, except Xfera which only use 2100mhz and 3G service.Upon selecting what operator should you use, make sure that the respective operator has that 1800mhz on your area.Sometimes cellphone operator use 1800 only in urban area, and 900mhz in rural area. The advantage of lower frequency is wider coverage but less quality (it still decent you know). Here is a list of operators in Spain together with their frequencies http://gsmworld.com/roaming/gsminfo/cou_es.shtml
