My parents live in Spain where laptops are much more expensive. They would like to buy one here in America while visiting but are not sure if they will be able to plug it in in Spain where the voltage output is 230. Does anyone know?

Sure, I'm a spanish computer engineer. Out power is 230V so you need to make sure the power supply for the laptop will operate at both 110v for USA and 230 for here. Telephone sockets are the same so you can get dial up instantly from http://www.gonuts4free.com
