Yes it would however you might need to alter you router settings to reflect the country Spain.

The functions and protocols of a router is independent of countries. They are defined by organizations like IETF and every manufacturer have to apply to those standards to be able to communicate with other devices over the Internet or in private networks. And as far as voltages and frequencies are concerned both countries use 230 V / 50 Hz standard.
